Lever 17 is pulled to close trap points 17. The lock to the left of tappet 17 in channel 1 is driven to the left drawing bar 1 to the left, driving the lock to the right of tappet 19 left, locking 19 reverse and driving the lock to the rigth of tappet 20 to the left locking 20 normal.
